From the south:
Maine's Route 4 North from Auburn will take you through Turner and Livermore. As you cross the Androscoggin River into Livermore Falls you will come to a traffic light. Turn left remaining on Route 4. You will enter the Town of Jay approximately 1 mile from the traffic light. As you wind north another mile will bring you to signs for Jay Middle School and High School on your right. Continue on Route 4 North, up the hill, and at the top you will see the sign for the Superintendent's Office on your right (Jay's U.S. Post Office is on the left). Turn right onto Community Drive. The Superintendent's office is in the back of the middle school. - Go around the high school - the entrance will be marked.

From the north/west:
US Route 2 from Bethel, Rumford, Mexico eastward, or from Farmington, Madison, Anson, Skowhegan, Waterville westward to Wilton intersection with Maine's Route 4 South. Follow Route 4 South through North Jay and to the traffic light just beyond McDonald's/Hannaford Grocery. At the light go straight ahead for another mile. You will pass Otis Federal Credit Union. Jay's U.S. Post office will be on the right. Turn left onto Community Drive ( the next left). The Superintendent's office is in the back of the middle school. - Go around the high school - the entrance will be marked.

From the east:
Augusta (U.S. 202 West), Manchester, Readfield take Maine's Route 17 toward Livermore Falls/Jay. Monmouth (U.S. 202 East) and Winthrop follow Maine's Route 133 to Livermore Falls/Jay. Once in Livermore Falls pass the schools and proceed through downtown Livermore Falls and beyond the Chuck Wagon Restaurant. At the traffic light to straight ahead onto Route 4 North. As you wind north another mile will bring you to signs for Jay Middle School and High School on your right. Continue on Route 4 North, up the hill, and at the top you will see the sign for the Superintendent's Office on your right (Jay's U.S. Post Office is on the left). Turn right onto Community Drive.
